This is what happened yesterday on Mearns Rd, when someone drove around 2 "ROAD CLOSED" signs, PennDoT trucks, excavators and a crew. We're grateful no one was hurt, and for the work by Warwick, Hartsville and Northampton Fire Co's and CBEMS in helping the driver from his car.

Bucks County's Emergency Operations Center in Ivyland Borough is being activated due to the storm conditions, a county spokesperson says. Local municipalities also have crews in and prepared to deal with flooding, damage, and other emergencies.
