What a summer for Jrue Holiday. He’s been the 2nd most important Team USA guy behind KD for 2 weeks, and BTW, those have been our only 2 indispensable guys. Any time it’s tense they have to be out there.
Completely agree. Draymond ended up being really really good that game. Once Jrue took over the offense and actually distributed the ball, Draymond’s lack of offensive involvement was much less of an issue, and his D was awesome.
Australia coach Brian Goorjian heaps praise on Jrue Holiday for his defensive impact in USA's semifinal win. Calls him a "huge piece" & says, "he makes that ball move around. Where they got us & where they got Spain is when they picked it up on the defensive end."
But IT IS improbably the home of THE GREATEST and most storied football team and I can't understand how people are fine with this weirdo stripping away a hundred years of brand equity because he's in love with Jake Kumerow
List of players in the playoffs to average 23 points, 5 assists and 7.5 rebounds while making the NBA finals:
Lebron
Tim Duncan
Larry Bird
GIANNIS ANTETOKOUNMPO
KHRIS MIDDLETON
I'm sharing the same article everyone's been sharing because it's good. No matter what happens tonight, the franchise's turnaround is incredible, and Giannis deserves almost all of the credit.

This quote on Bobby Portis on what has changed defensively for him since he's been with the Bucks is awesome. While he's still not elite, there's no question his defense has held up more than anybody expected when he first signed in Milwaukee. Credit to Bud for pushing him.
I love NBA Twitter but I think Twitter has ruined the NBA. It’s sad how there is such a zero sum constant negativity culture around everything. Why can’t we just celebrate awesomeness?
