@manare91@bookingcom@manare91 careful 90% of what you will receive from “booking” accounts are bots looking to steal your information. Unfortunately they are seemingly more helpful than https://t.co/eaH3aizkza
I’m almost convinced that booking makes bots to scam you to get more of your money.
@EthosReviews@bookingcom@agoda How do I take legal action, I got notified that they are going to try and refund me for 1 night of our 5 night stay… even though we stayed in a moldy room for 4 days before knowing.
Any advice is appreciated
Just another example of how @bookingcom is a scam, they use their “partnered company” (@agoda ) to hide behind and then you call that company and they refer you back to https://t.co/eaH3aizkza
Booking if you want to make this right, then help me.
@bookingcom, this is now beyond a customer-service inconvenience. Your customer says they have been passed between @bookingcom, @agoda and the property while the issue remains unresolved.
If the booking was made through your platform and the customer’s money is at issue, “partner company” cannot become an excuse for nobody taking responsibility. Stop sending the customer in circles and establish who is accountable for this transaction.
Investigate it, resolve it, and put the customer right. That is the standard expected of a company of your scale. #EthosIntervention
@bookingcom@agoda So yall gunna fess up to being scammers or You gunna give me a refund?
Also anyone know any lawyers who want to make bank suing a large corporation? Asking for a friend 👀
@orangespeelpod The hotel admitted to knowing those rooms (which are designated first floor for pets) were KNOWN FKR FLOODING.
Now I’m being bounced around by https://t.co/eaH3aizkza and then “partner company” @agoda
Scammers
@Budjordan2@bookingcom@agoda Legit biggest scammers. I had to sue them to get my money back last time. Report them everywhere you can. They have a bs arbitration clause so very difficult to recover. I was only able to find one scam attorney to take my case so hopefully you can find someone better.
@orangespeelpod Day 4 of our 5 day stay the room flooded because it rained..not even a hard rain. After investigating we told the hotel we found mold because the carpet was soaked from the outside, they offered to move us rooms. Which we couldn’t even do because our cats were hiding and settled
@bookingcom, this is exactly the kind of situation where “partner company” should not become a wall between the customer and the platform through which the booking was made.
Reuben has clearly explained the problem and is asking @bookingcom to take ownership. We appreciate that you’ve now reached out privately, but the important question is what happens next.
@BudJordan2, please check the DM from @bookingcom and engage with them there so they can access the necessary booking details securely.
@bookingcom, once you have the information you need, please investigate this properly and provide a substantive resolution. If the customer has been charged incorrectly, the objective should be to establish what happened and put the money right, not simply move the customer between @bookingcom , Agoda and the accommodation.
We’ll be interested to see whether this private engagement actually leads to a resolution.

@agoda I booked through booking but they’re saying it’s through you, but my bank says Booking Holding, so you’re just going to send me back to them. It’s an infinite loop and I’m about to sue your pants off
Scammers, all of you
