Why do the DTH companies in India force customers to pay minmum for 30 days recharge to get d service? As a customer, I want the service for a 3 days only bcuz of traveling job. Recharge should be day basis. Thanks.

I try to contact Airtel to complain that we are not able to watch only Sony Channel for last 10 hours. My customer ID-3000120899. Please note that the Sony channels are in my pack and confirm once again from airtel app. We receive other channels. Do needful.

After recharge , we watch tv for two hours. It means no problem with setup. And then, Airtel blocked the signal without any reason. My account shows the recharge amount, but NOT able to get the service.

I recharged to reactivate my airtel DTH (3000120899) with ₹ 250. Got error b001. Then, it was started for few minutes. Now, the signal is stopped. No response from Airtel. Just irritating... Didn't expect at least from Airtel with such a service.
