Jamie Coleman has recently crossed the border from Devon where he was head chef at The Masons Arms, a one Michelin-starred restaurant on Exmoor. His experience includes two years working at Claridge’s under Gordon Ramsay, and two years at Gidleigh Park with Michael Caines.
