Cyberpunk 2077 was made playable on a 1GB VRAM GPU by tweaking settings beyond the game's lowest presets. 🎮⚙️ https://t.co/S0RqdUVm9a #Cyberpunk2077#Gaming#VRAM
@gordoslair@RetroAmateur It is a rather old video that one. Honestly I quite like their Parhelia cards especially for their features (Which they also included in the much easier to find P650/P750 Rebrands) but at the time nothing could touch the Radeon 9000 Series.
@aviumcaravan I’ll be revisiting Linux again in a similarly spec’d system. But one with 4GB GDDR5 and a slightly newer C2Q. Hopefully this will shed some light on things because after half a day of trouble shooting I was stumped.
Hi @Dowinx_eu I’ve got someone having an issue with an order, and given the lack of response they’ve had via email I thought I’d reach out to you here on their behalf.
Thank you hope to hear from you soon to get this resolved.
@ScottECunnO Bargain that.
It’s become a bit of a go to for me on most systems 1155 and newer.
Systems older than that can be a bit funky with instruction set support but generally anything from the last decade or so runs fantastic on it.
@ScottECunnO Glad you found that useful.
I really should do a dedicated video on it because I’ve found it a brilliant alternative to Linux for lower end hardware.
While still maintaining all the legacy support of Windows (It also reminds me of Windows 7 the way it comes with no bloat)
According to Tim Sweeney, the widely known Unreal Engine 5 performance issues are caused primarily by the development process that often leaves optimization for lower-end hardware last 🔗 https://t.co/NUeOd6rfZm
