I told him that I understood that it was not his fault and that I am just really upset that my items are now ruined and that I need to know whom to direct my discontent to. I then leave with my wife and 2 dogs.

Hercules, the property management, was going to put people up in empty apartment. Mind you the apartments are complete stone. We were talked to by the fire department and I explained, loudly, my discontent with the situation.

The pressure actually blew out on persons window and fell to the 1st floor and almost hit a man holding his baby. Red cross came and deemed it not a red cross emergency which is understandable due to the fact that this was negligence on property management.

I just want everyone to know that Johnston Mill Lofts water pipe busted in one of their tenants apartments and it flooded the whole apartment complex in that hall. My apartment and a bunch others were completely flooded.
