Every time a call centre is contacted always escalations are done but still nothing
I ask for managers or supervisors but seems like it a spaza shop

During this time in November I was billed and can't even get my credit
Your service is pathetic I won't lie
My fibre line is active as I am told and billing active yet no fibre and installation
Cmon guys you can do better than that
Today I am home waiting for a technician but dololo and my time has been wasted waited for Cassper the ghost

A call was logged last Friday and I was told that a technician would come on Saturday between 10 and 12
