All the signs are that the murder of poor Ann was political with the news ALL eight Reform MPs and their shadow Home Affairs spokesman Zia Yusuf to receive 24-hour police protection.
That would not have happened if the killer had been either a burglar or mentally ill.
A 28-year-old man ( police anxious to say he’s white!! ) has been arrested in South Yorkshire.
I would be interested to know if he was friends with the 26-year-old local man who was held and then released with police having no further interest.
