@CFL_Today I've thought the reason the CFL is changing it's rules and field dimensions, goal post placements is to set the stage for a future merger with the UFL. 8 of 9 teams making the playoffs is ridiculous, but 8 of 18 isn't.

@canucklehead_7 @ticatsroar @1CFLAtt The BC Lions averaged over 40k in the 1980's. That's like making 50k/yr. then a few years later making 30k/yr. Then the year after that making 31k/yr. and calling it "growth." BTW the difference between '24 and '25 was less than 1%. Zero growth.

@ticatsroar @canucklehead_7 @1CFLAtt You've actually just made my point. The Lions can't fill half of their stadium, but geriatric rappers can fill it completely. Can't count '22 due to Covid. 8% increase between '23-'25. Seeing this as growth is why the CFL is going under.
