@Ruud_ Hi Ruud, the reason was pretty simple. We simply want to have exactly the half price as official runners, which is rounding up to the nearest minute.
Switched to @BuildJet for building arm/arm64 Dokku images in CI. Now instead of timing out after an hour or taking ~20 minutes to build, ARM/ARM64 builds complete in 2 minutes, as quickly as AMD64!

@Juice10@rrweb_io Recommend using the 16vCPU runners, they have the best per core performance, and the most stable runner in terms of hardware.
Looking forward to seeing the result!
Investing in larger machines for docker builds is such a no-brainer! Got our build times @mitidotai down from ~20 mins to <5 mins by transitioning to runners provided by @BuildJet

@jarredsumner There’s an issue with the GitHub’s cache action - https://t.co/H4xzd0HmDj
Due to lack of fixes, BuildJet is launching a free, fast and reliable caching action in the coming days, Github Actions users next week!
@EastlondonDev@github Hey Andrew!
You should check BuildJet for GitHub Actions - Change 1 line, get 2x faster and cheaper builds. Additionally, we'll soon launch our own `action/cache` compatible `buildjet/cache` action that makes caching reliable again.
