@OpenAI@OpenAI@ChatGPTapp looks like i got this update but it's got some weird top margin issue that makes it unusable as a safari webapp (right is trying to add any attachment). there's a hint of it in firefox, but it's not as bad
Excited to share some recent work I've been a part of! By slightly changing how we represent the robot, we can move the robot faster and closer to obstacles without reducing safety. This also sets us up for really crazy stuff down the line

It's been a little over 6 years since starting @FHSRoboticsTeam and making this little bugger.
And now, I'm in Michigan helping to do research using these much bigger robots.
Crazy.
I have so many people who helped and gave so many opportunities along the way to thank
Everytime, I have to retype this out (aka copy from snapshot) into the postinstall script for the configure routine (and of course run the whole dpkg reconfigure routine).
I just have to say, it's super annoying that everytime MySQL updates on Ubuntu, it just *has* to try updating the entire folder's perms. Snapshots break... MySQL breaks... And I'm just left modifying the dpkg script (which gets overwritten anyway) to ignore the .snapshots folder.
I remain undecided for now, but would suggest considering Yang. He seems to recognize who automation and AI can affect.
"AI" is pretty formulaic. Repetitive and predictable tasks, regardless of how specialized they are, are ripe for automation.
e.g. lung cancer identification
For my first build in forever, I apparently hopped on the SFF desktop trend without even realizing it XD. Truth is, I just wanted a powerful yet easy-to-move desktop. And some additional custom hardware makes it pretty safe to do so (even when on!)
There was some random ARG, but the final clue (and all other final clues since the website was easy to break) involved getting into an expulsion-worthy situation, which isn't worth it... We practically beat the thing anyway...
The "best" part of updating software sometimes is that when stuff eventually goes wrong, you're either stuck reconfiguring everything after resetting or stuck trying to find a fix to avoid reconfiguring everything...
I finally played around with node.js for a bit (though I'm like 5 million years late...), and it is amazing. Once I got it, some stuff that would have taken me much longer to figure out and develop, I could literally put together in minutes :D
