This week we’ve received the green light from three more countries in the EU giving us authorisation to integrate banks there. We’ve a few more things to do at our end but what this news essentially means is @VibePay will soon be supported in Germany, France and the Netherlands
We are aware of an issue impacting the RBS group (including RBS, Natwest and Ulster Bank) at this time which is preventing users connecting their bank to the @VibePay app.
The bank is working to resolve the issue and we will advise here once further information is available.

RBSG are aware of an issue that has been introduced post implementation of version 6.5.0 of the mobile banking app for @NatWest & @RBS - this will effect payments for users on @VibePay with those banks linked. We’ll keep you posted
