@KristenDeCosta Growth: needle sways towards acquisition. Growth + sustainability: half retention and half acquisition. Maturity: if you don’t have retention you don’t get to this stage (churn is evil)
@sarahintampa Likely argument would be increased production costs. Realistic reason is likely because fewer people buy them and because enough people are willing to pay extra
