Those FCS walk ons who just enter the transfer portal just after 1 semester should’ve just took that D2 offer or went to that local Division 3 school. Just my opinion 🤷🏾♂️

B2L Training Log - Phase 10, Week 3, Day 1
EMPHASIS: Total Body Pull
NOTES: For today’s main block we are using an EMOM approach to work through the 8 sets of the RDL’s, Pull Ups, and Dead Bug’s.
GOAL: Push weight on the RDL’s and build volume on the Pull Ups
In mid July I got an infection in my Liver
Lost almost 20 pounds and completely destroyed my endurance.
Almost 8 weeks later I can finally train again. Extremely de-conditioned.
Great glimpse into what a new client/athlete experiences. Looking forward to the re-build.
