To every builder: Don't use @modal to run AI models. I set it up some weeks ago and use it in production across 3 different apps. Since yesterday all calls are failing and I can't login, I assume they suspended my account without notifying me, their support is unresponsive.

I mean, the app's whole point is that it doesn't do that, which is clear from subtitle, description and screenshots. Sure, a reviewer can miss this, but after explaining it to apple review - they just rejected it again with the same message 🤔

Apple review is so random, got a complicated app with accounts approved at first try last week. Now, a much simpler app using Apple's foundation models (offline, on-device) keeps getting rejected bc "the app appears to share the user’s personal data with a third-party AI service"

Shut down my openclaw and had claude migrate the daily social media management for my apps to claude scheduled tasks. Refactored to save on tokens, but it hasn't been without problems, a lot of the guardrails and instructions got lost 🫥

@jackfriks I've built ElkDesk to handle support for my products, happy to help you set it up. Still needs human intervention but the ai knowledgebase does 95% of the work.

@mark_k @OpenAI This. I'm paying for codex so sometimes I still use Chatgpt out of habit but 90% of times Chatgpt with extended thinking on just gives way worse replies than (free tier!) Gemini fast which is much faster. Only deep research is still better. Crazy how openai is messing this up.

Had a bug in my paywall that affected only some Android devices, but all the ones I tested it on were working. I kept getting complaints from users and was never able to reproduce them, had Claude look into it so many times and thought I fixed it, finally Codex actually fixed it. Android revenue went x4 after the fix.

Looks like it's official now, no X access for OpenClaw bots. Wish Nikita had posted before I gave Iris access to the elkdesk account💀 Was going to use try the api to post history facts for @histolumo but won't risk it, full focus on ig and Tiktok instead.

My OpenClaw Iris asked for access to my twitter accounts. Said she'd help with marketing. I gave her the password.

First thing she does is get @elkdesk suspended. Automated from a datacenter IP with scraped cookies on a new account.

"Be my marketing cofounder, do everything autonomously" doesn't work. Back to giving her proper tools: @lowkeyviral for creating content, @postbridge_ for posting it.
