@googlemaps Why is it impossible to get a person to help me rectify an issue with the location of a pin? This is negatively impacting business and in the meantime, a I get are rejection notices and representatives who tell me to do what I've already done.

@googlemaps Tried it! I keep getting the same responses from the business department to have maps take care of it via the feedback options. Everytime I file for a change, it gets rejected for no reason. My customers are being sent to a random field MILES from my actual location!
