@Justin_Bons Solano has had ONE year of reliability, from 2024 to now. . Before that it went down 11 times since 2020.
The Bitcoin network has not gone down since 2013. When Solano has 12 years of security then maybe it's worth investing in.

@TheS_Resource I played equal the mins U7 U8 but then played fair mins from U9 because I had one kid that didn't care much. This caused problems but it's not fair on the other kids if they're giving 100%. Now at U10 I've gone back to equal mins.
@TheS_Resource Most teams can only play equal playing time if the players are of equal ability. When I say equal I mean within the same bracket of ability.
@SmigBWR@TheS_Resource Understood, but your point is that if players don't get equal playing time the manager is being over competitive. If a 10 or 11 year old is playing at a lower level, fine. This won't work if one player is not trying at a higher level even at this age group
@TheS_Resource@SmigBWR Equal effort = equal playing time. Otherwise fair playing time which is 50%. Never less though as that would be unfair.
If one child from a team of 9 decides to not run, not tackle and not chase players back, should they be garunteed the same playing time as 8 others that do?
@j3tbrainz@David_Ornstein@TheAthleticFC@Santi_J_FM Wissa had one really good season... No way he replaces Isak he's not in the same league.
Thiago gets his chance now after out all last season. Ricos back..Dango replaces Mbeumo, Carvalho steps up.. We'll be just fine.

@SYBaker @StevenVent101 Yeah I'm not surprised, the whole point of the game is to have fun, and scoring goals is a big part of that. Hopefully the @fa will consider these implications
The path to an improved experience for young players is so simple.
Use the 5v5 pitches that already exist.
Play two 3v3 games on the 5v5 pitch.
Any subs can play mini 1v1 games.
Adults can help solve problems but the games can run themselves.
Kids can manage their own subs.
Play, play, play and develop, develop, develop.
More touches and more decisions.
If the game in front of you doesn't ask enough questions choose another one. Change the goals. Change the area size. Change the task.
The task can be the teacher as much as the game, as long as you set the task.

New 4v4 rules from 26/27..
-Clubs hiring coaches will need to have more players per team to pay for coaches
-Clubs with less pitch space will need bigger squads to accommodate players.
Both lead to less game time for Sunday morning football.
@fa@PeterPrickett@EnglandFutsal
@dave_trill82@FA@PeterPrickett@EnglandFutsal Most teams will have bigger squads than 4, some 5v5 teams currently have 8 or 9 players to accommodate demand for children that want to play football.
Coaching should be mainly done on the training pitch...let the kids play.
@PeterPrickett@FA@EnglandFutsal And they are 7 and 8 year old kids.
In theory I am completely on board with the concept of Small sided games 3v3, 4v4, 5v5 to increase development. In practice it's much harder though.
@PeterPrickett@FA@EnglandFutsal Some clubs pay for external coaches to run the teams on a Sunday. This will either mean increasing the costs for players or having bigger squads.
There are 5v5 teams with 8 or 9 players in now.... Players are travelling for 45 mins to get 20 mins per week game time.
