@DIRECTV 20 years a customer. I got your service for the NFL ticket which is now gone. I can’t watch ESPN on a college football Saturday. I can’t even watch my son play on ESPN+ because they WON’T let me log in because of you. I am supposed to make a payment. Tell me why I should? 😡
@DIRECTV guess what I’m NOT watching? College football live, even though I pay for ESPN+. They won’t let me watch a channel I pay for on two services. I am tired of excuses, fix it
So not only did @AmericanAir cancel 2 of our flights, now they say it will take 12 weeks to get a refund??? Are you kidding me!!! You canceled the flights because nobody will work for you. You absolutely suck. Luckily @silverair_ saved us. Boycott @AmericanAir
So we have to find our own bag out on the tarmac @AmericanAir great service. You canceled our flight right after you took our bag, now WE have to find out what YOU did with it. #terrible.
@AmericanAir we called the number provided to us since you canceled. “We can’t help you, what do you want us to do?” Here is an idea. Get us home since we paid for our tickets. We are now stuck at the airport until we find someone else to fly home on. You are terrible.
So @AmericanAir we check out of our hotel at 5am for a 7 am flight. You check us in, take our bags and within 5 minutes cancel the flight. Not enough people to work. Hmmm, it could be because you are terrible.
