Interne transaksjoner elimineres på revenue og cost of sales for å fjerne internal revenue (feks at Dellias cost of sales = Kiriroms revenue). Men dette påvirker vel ikke EBIT?
@financeamir Ikke minst får de full autonomi over Kirirom's produksjonskapasitet. I 2024 var den på 2,700t og Dellia utgjorde 40-50% (fra prospektet), i 2025 6,000t og Dellia utgjorde 60% ytd (fra PM), i 2026 12,000t Dellia kan garantert øke produksjonen utover 60% av kapasiteten.
🎮💵 Through Savvy Games Group (via PIF) and Tencent, Saudi and China stand at the center of the global entertainment ecosystem.
Savvy set out its ambitions clearly in its 2030 strategy a few years ago, structured around four investment programs. The acquisition of Electronic Arts adds that flagship PC/console publisher to its mobile-heavy private portfolio. EA also aligns with Saudi Arabia’s broader investments in both traditional sports and esports.
At the other end of Asia, Tencent has long been one of the most influential vehicles in gaming. In 2022, it “quietly” pivoted from being a passive minority investor to explicitly focus on buying majority stakes in overseas publishers, with Europe as a particular focus. The objective, to shape the industry’s direction. We haven’t seen many majority investments since then, which could suggest that Tencent has redirected near-term focus back to Asia with its surging PC/Console user base (speculative).
Both companies have steadily increased their stakes over the years and now rank among the top three shareholders in most listed publishers. Expect their influence to grow even further. More concentration will come.

🎮 Nearly 200 million wishlists are still waiting on a release date, but more than 40 million already have a date to look forward to. Here’s how upcoming months line up in terms of outstanding wishlists:
🔷 August
Metal Gear Solid Δ: Snake Eater sneaks in with a mighty 87 OpenCritic embargo score.
🔷 September
Hollow Knight: Silksong finally emerges on Sep 4. Its predecessor sold 15M copies (10M PC / 5M Console, according to @alineaanalytics estimates), and over 75% of wishlisters are returning players. It releases with day-one Game Pass access.
🔷 October
Battlefield returns to its roots on Oct 10, while Arc Raiders lands later in the month. Interestingly, a large share of Arc Raiders wishlisters also have their sights set on Arena Breakout: Infinite (TBD), an insight worth noting for both Embark and Morefun Studio Group.
🔷 November
The month of strategy. Europa Universalis V lands 12 years after EU IV, this time with Chinese & Turkish localisation at launch, a big thing given both are top 3 markets. A week later comes Anno 117: Pax Romana. Even among Anno fans, EU V is the title with the strongest wishlist affinity.
🔷 December
Still wide open, but Paralives currently holds the top spot, with high InZoi affinity.
