Farah maalim from kenya involved in an abuse case with female @FarahMaalimM
He is allegedly now driving a car belonging to this lady and will not return it. And she received death threats.
A messy divorce case.
@IRANinKENYA@IMRANHAIDE73602@POTUS@elonmusk How can a person think to change the flag of a Sovereign Nation just because they own a platform? Yoo! This is next level entitlement lunacy!
Alanis Morissette claims elite pedophiles run the entertainment industry, and she was coerced into sexual encounters with several men during her teenage years.
“The father must be a threat.”
It lets weak men cosplay as necessary violence. It lets frightened boys call their fear discipline. It gives the room a clean villain and a clean hero: Mother as warmth, father as law, and the son, conveniently, as a project.
The boy doesn’t become a man because someone scared him. He becomes a man when he learns the oldest skill on earth: to govern himself when nobody is watching.
A father who is only a friend is a coward who wants applause.
A father who is only a threat is a coward who wants obedience.
Both are just negotiations with ego.
The Law of the Father isn’t intimidation. It’s gravity. It is the quiet refusal to bend reality so the child can keep believing in comfort. It’s the steadiness that doesn’t get purchased by tears, bribed by charm, or blackmailed by rage. It’s the decision to be disliked today so the boy isn’t devoured tomorrow.
The world is indifferent, and indifference will not accept your excuses the way a household does.
There is a necessary hardness, but it’s not a raised voice. It’s not domination. It’s not I’ll show you who’s boss. That’s not authority. That’s insecurity with a belt on it.
Real authority is what happens when love stops being a shelter and becomes a mirror. When consequences exist without the theater of punishment. When the father doesn’t compete with the mother for affection, and doesn’t compete with the son for control. When he stands in the doorway and says, without cruelty: You are not entitled to softness. You are entitled to the results of your choices.
A threat creates performers. Not men.
A threatened boy learns timing. He learns appeasement. He learns hiding. He learns how to look strong while staying small. He becomes an expert at survival inside a room, and a beginner at surviving inside himself.
You want the son to become a man? Then the father must be something rarer than a threat.
He must be a standard that cannot be negotiated. A presence that doesn’t need fear to be real. A boundary that stays put even when it isn’t popular. A witness who sees through the boy’s stories and still demands the truth.
Friendship can come later, but not as a reward for strength. As an arrival point, when the son no longer needs a father to regulate his impulses, because he has finally built a father inside his own chest.
-The Weaver of Woe
If your law requires fear to function, it was never law, only control pretending to be care.
Hello @Coopbankenya,
Hata kama ni#CustomerEducation after #CSW2025, what is the explanation on the zeal of sending these multiple notification to the same number after every transaction? You are spamming my inbox now! Aah ah! Please! I already know sharing my PIN is risky. #KOT
@AssociatesRoba@omwanza@robabdirizak201 Unfortunately the man loses again! Everything a man provides even after divorce, can be dictated and used as a measure of how good he is/was even when the woman is subtly near to being anything 'wife'.
I now'll take law classes and will major on pre-nuptial education of menfolk
Legal Petition Filed Against the VAT Special Table –
A constitutional petition (HCCOMMPET-E013-2025) has been filed challenging the Kenya Revenue Authority’s (KRA) implementation of the controversial “VAT Special Table”.
The petition seeks urgent judicial intervention to suspend and review this administrative action, which tax professionals argue is opaque, unlawful, and unconstitutional.
Petitioners:
CPA Peter Opiyo, CPA Peter Gacheru, and CPA Denis Nyambati- tax agents acting on behalf of affected taxpayers.
Interested Parties:
-ICPAK and the Law Society of Kenya —
Key Highlights from the Petition:
-The VAT Special Table is allegedly enforced without legal backing, public participation, or transparency, violating taxpayer rights.
-Affected businesses have been denied the right to generate tax invoices and claim input VAT — core rights under Sections 5 and 17 of the VAT Act.
-The process mimics constructive deregistration of VAT PINs, without due process or notice, contrary to Section 10 and 12 of the Tax Procedures Act, 2015.
-Petitioners argue that no statutory provision empowers KRA to suspend, deactivate, or restrict VAT PINs under this so-called “Special Table” framework.
-The case raises serious constitutional concerns including violations of the right to fair administrative action and fair hearing under Article 47 of the Constitution.
The petition seeks:
-Immediate suspension of the VAT Special Table pending full determination of the case.
-Inclusion of other affected taxpayers as petitioners or interested parties.
-A review of KRA’s powers and procedures under relevant tax laws.
A certificate of urgency has been filed for this case ! Let it rain .
