It the cheapest act I have ever heard which any airlines has done and it clearly shows the poor standard of @flyspicejet

@ANUJAGARWA94808 @flyspicejet @DGCAIndia @AAI_Official @jagograhakjago @agarwalpooja91 @flyspicejet Actually similar scenario happened with one of my cousin and he simply complained at Consumer Court online portal and he was able to get resolution in short span of time in the form of complete refund along with heavy compansation for the difficulties he faced.

These airlines can delay or prepone the flight for hours but not let the passenger board the flight if passenger is late by 5 mins. Humanity and morale is at zero level.

If a person is reaching the boarding gate on time then how come she was not allowed to go in. Seems like @flyspicejet is least worried about passengers and is filled with highly unprofessional employees.
