She will have instructed them and then they go and try to get free stuff i.e cakes, venue, presents. it was a snide comment at the end @Cath_Tyldesley

@packo1097 That's very true. All stewards and police know what the codes mean. Throwing your warrant card around when you have know idea what they mean is very strange
