@sainsburys staff were very helpful, we rang @nectar helpline from store explaining the situation. Call centre staff not able to help at all. @SurreyPolice, r u going to be able to find the perpetrators to this? No, because CCTV doesn't show the costumers faces who paid in cash!

@nectar Report to the 'local authorities' was the call centre suggestion.... alongside finding the perpetrator and asking for my money back!!!! R you serious? Redemption is completely out of the character of the account as I redeem for @easyJet flights! Terrible customer service.
