@ZachHicks2@ColtsFilmRoom Classic stubborn ass Ballard. That’s the holdup his warts will always been his warts. He doesn’t change or improve. Just makes the same mistake every season. Leaves one or two spots with depth issues.
@HolderStephen@ForTheCOLTure_J I think frustration comes from the fact that this is a common occurrence with star players (Manning, Luck, Shaq Leonard, now Pierce) of completely misreading the severity and ability to get guys back to health. Or completely misdiagnosing the issue.
@TheDestinAdams Very robotic is how I would put it. If he’s got talent and a coach to say make this play he will do that thing. When the game gets away from him all bets are off.
@derek_larger He still wants to play and has been cleared. Can’t fault him for that. But it’s very much been something that obviously hasn’t come fully back.
@jarin_vallinas@BarkMoney_ He needs it at this point. Lotta QBs have gone through what he’s going through. Organization leaves a guy for dead. Gets a new start and do fine.
@JustinRTBColts Hope to see him get practice squaded and let Grupe get the first crack at kicker. Let Schrader get healthy and work out the kinks and see where we are in like October at this point. Don’t think he’s all the way back.
@blksuprman@NateDunlevy Injuries and no backing from
The organization do that. Darnold and Mayfield looked like shit at times too. Guess where they are. It’s almost like it takes a village or something.
@derek_larger You listen to the Locked On guys at all?
It’s been an issue since he came back from the eye. It’s an issue very clearly stemming from that.
@derek_larger It’s not slander but no one uses context on anything. Takes an organizational failure of massive proportions for a top pick to fail. And it’s been on everyone involved.
@ZachHicks2 My issue with Steichen is that as soon as he gives up on a guy he’s far too obvious about it. It’s probably going to bite him AD Mitchell in NY (was really fun for the Jets). And if AR finds his footing and stays healthy, very well could there too when he goes somewhere else.
