@TracyLeeLockett@cra5hed@Fionalo53519376@PolitlcsUK Thatโs on you.. if your staff are lazy then you should consider your management style. All of my teams were measured on output not input, and I didnโt care where they worked. They made me & my dept look like a rockstar.
Maybe time for you to revisit your ppl mgmt training?
@TracyLeeLockett@cra5hed@Fionalo53519376@PolitlcsUK you mean you don't like being challenged? - fine, i'll bow out and let you believe what you believe... Next you will believe productivity is improved when working from the office? Despite the data disproving it.
@TracyLeeLockett@cra5hed@Fionalo53519376@PolitlcsUK Covid was 5 years ago... Most contracts were updated over Covid years... are you saying yours wasn't? You are right, i don't understand why you are special?
@TracyLeeLockett@cra5hed@Fionalo53519376@PolitlcsUK If a company wants to employ me, they will agree to the terms of the contract we have both signed. I really don't care if a company want to purchase office space, that is their business. What is in my contract they have to agree with. They have NO RIGHT to unilaterally change it.
@Goldbuguk1@RupertLowe10 Clarification - "negatively affects production ... " under your watch. That failing is on your poor management not the WFH culture.
@BritBitcoinBoy@LBC D) those that invested heavily in commercial property who are seeing their investments tank, and are pulling back office deals with the Reform leadership.
@KevlarHannah@Nigel_Farage I work in AI, and while it is true some jobs will become redundant, as it was in the industrial revolution, it will create job roles that don't exist today.
WFH is no different than working from the office, in fact, data shows productivity increases. Judge on output not input.
@KevlarHannah@Nigel_Farage i can't agree with him either!.
It shouldn't been seen as a "right" for employers to demand RTO. If a business wants my services then they have to agree to the terms, I want, during negotiation. I think people forget, As a collective we, the people, can stand up to ol' Nige.
@tylershez@zarahussain999@PolitlcsUK or just find the good employers who offer WFH and let those stuck in the ol' age with ol' nige, die off for not being productive.. This is what these politicians don't get. The power of this country comes from the PEOPLE, not the politicians.

@monzo Hmmm, just as you said that I went back into the app and the timeout error has cleared, itโs also showing my other bank account with the transfer in too.. thanks @monzo - keep up the great work
@monzo any issues with the app this morning? i am getting time out issues, also a payment i made yesterday is not showing, nor has the recipient received it. I am assuming it is just a matter of time if there is a bug?
