This should be a good one:
National Shop Stewards Network (NSSN) Conference 2026 this June in London.
One of the highlights will be hearing directly from the striking Birmingham bin workers, who have been at the centre of a dispute that has now been running for over a year. Their determination, resilience and fight for fair treatment offer important lessons for trade unionists and campaigners across the movement.
The conference will also bring together Unite members involved in a range of ongoing disputes, alongside workers from other unions, providing a valuable opportunity to share experiences, build solidarity and discuss how we strengthen our collective campaigns.
With a programme of keynote speakers, discussions on defending jobs, pay and public services, and forums on the challenges facing workers today, it promises to be an important event for everyone committed to standing up for working people.

I want to thank the emergency services for bringing the situation at Port Talbot under control so quickly.
Thankfully no one was injured in the fire and workers were evacuated safely.
However, the fire did cause substantial damage to a vital production line.
Measures must now be put in place to protect jobs both at @TataSteelLtd and down the supply chain during any period of disruption.
Meanwhile we are asking Tata and the @GOVUK to ensure that operations are rebuilt as swiftly as possible. #PortTalbot https://t.co/BkRLdYU38x

Should it be one based on the trade unions and working-class communities, fighting for jobs, homes and services for all?
If so, take step 1 and sign this petition, and we'll be in touch. Thousands already agree with you!

I promised 5 years ago that I will always fight for workers. Together we are winning, together we are fighting and together we will continue fighting to deliver on jobs, pay and conditions. #LetsContinueTheChange
Why’s @BBC merely rebroadcasting TfL PR? Does @TfL’s ‘new’ Bus Safety Standard include functioning A/C in the Bus Drivers’ cab? ICYMI @itvlondon has actually been INVESTIGATING Unsafe Driver Working Conditions that affect Bus Safety Performance https://t.co/2d2uZ0QHJ6
@PoliticsJOE_UK Sorry Sir Simon Dubbins you don’t have an army ready to fight reform from the workplaces. Sharon is building the army to resist any party including Labour that come to attack workers.
Together, 5 years ago we began to change our union and took it back to the workplace - back to our reps and members. We have delivered over £700m back into the pockets of our members from successful disputes alone. #IWillFightForYou ✊

Difficult to find a General Secretary who won’t be shy to put demands on Labour Mayor Sadiq Khan. Nominate Sharon to re-elect for General Secretary of Unite again!
Yet another shocking attack on a bus driver. No one should go to work fearing they will be attacked.
The @MayorofLondon together with @TfL must be brought together with @unitetheunion to develop concrete solutions to better protect London bus drivers.

@BenRamanauskas Sadly, withdrawing one's labour is the only voice working people have.
Perhaps, before removing workers fundamental rights, you might want to listen to what the #tubestrike is actually about? 🔽
@KathyParr101 The current #tubestrike has nothing to do with pay, however, a decent pension in retirement should be the norm for all workers.
Punching down until we’re all left with nothing is a peculiar contemporary trait that will only lead to the return of the poor house and destitution.
@SimonDubbins67 The irony of an inner-circle union director promising a 'new start' while being cheered on by former politician Tom Watson. Because nothing says 'union solidarity' quite like the guy who spent his tenure as Deputy Leader stabbing Jeremy Corbyn in the back. 🙄 New Start? ☝️
@SimonDubbins67 Sharon Graham doesn't need to promise transparency..she proves it by delivering over £600 million in strike wins directly to the membership. Keep the union industrial, keep it winning.
