Transport for London is seeking a provider for bus driver quality monitoring across London. The £2.2m contract is expected to run from March 2027 to March 2031, with a possible one-year extension. Tenders close on 30 October 2026, supporting driver performance.

A new comprehensive pilot exploring how @TfL can deliver cleaning services in-house will begin this week.

I’ve long championed insourcing where possible, and that of course includes our hard working and essential cleaning staff. I’m pleased that TfL is taking this important step both for customers and for the dedicated cleaning colleagues who help keep London moving.
