@eharmonyUK Absolutely terrible customer service. The level of incompetence is astounding! I have repeated myself endlessly in emails. Now think it is a tactic to make people just give up……..DO NOT USE this company.

@DrSeanMon @BTSrespiratory GP/PN review 48hrs post discharge, assess if steroid duration was appropriate- should not be routine 3/5 day prescription ,but length dictated by attack severity. Also review salbutamol use- often goes on longer than necessary and steroid inhaler @RespNprang @PaedAsthmafhft
