@sykescottages We contacted you at just gone 4 today regarding the cottage we arrived at being filthy, and not cleaned. After proving photos we were asked to wait for a call back at 5:15pm. We have not heard, and your phone lines that are advertised as open till 8pm are closed
@EasilyDomains After speaking to speednames yesterday, who were also down due to the same issue. They admitted that this was caused by the https://t.co/gvtt15zyHA domain not being set to autorenew! What are you going to do to compensate your customers for this costly mistake?
@paullewismoney They are a joke. I also spoke to someone at about 11pm last night and suggested they updated social media. He told me he didn't have access, and that was where he was getting his updates from!!
@Amy_Ali We are with speednames who are the same group, having the same issues. I've just spoken to cust support who said that it is the name server down, no eta of a fix. When I suggested they update their social media he said he couldnt, and that was where he was getting his info from!!
@virginmedia Both times an engineer has been here they have booked a revisit as they have been unable to fix the issue, yet the rebooked appointment never materialises and I have to spend hours on hold to try and book it myself
@virginmedia I have an engineer book for 11 days time! Yet cut off as soon as I ask to speak to someone about why after 2 failed visits I have had to rebook myself each time.
So after nearly one and a half hours you drop my call. @virginmedia someone please call me. I've had 2 failed visits to fix my Internet and a loop of cable is currently sticking out the path and has been since the 5th September!!

@HCBushPunk I've had them for 20+ years and actually had no problems until now. However the past nearly 2 months has been disastrous. I still have a loop of cable above ground that @virginmedia seem to not care about!
@virginmedia If calling you is the best option then we are doomed.
I shall await for someone to trip over the cable left exposed on the pavement outside our house and provide all the evidence they need to claim against a negligent service.
@virginmedia No, I do not want to listen to that God awful hold music any longer. Can you arrange someone to call me? There is exposed cable from the first visit above the pavement!!
