Who ordered officers to travel all the way to Homa Bay to arrest Albert Ojwang?

Why was such a level of urgency deployed against an unarmed civilian?

Who authorized the operation?

Who monitored it from the moment he was arrested until he arrived at Central Police Station?

Who gave instructions after he entered police custody?

Why, according to testimony before the court, was CCTV footage allegedly deleted instead of preserved in a case involving a death in custody?

Who stood to benefit from the destruction of evidence?

Was the former OCS acting entirely on his own, or was he executing instructions from someone higher up the chain of command?

Who was communicating with him before and after Albert Ojwang's death?

Who approved the official narrative that was initially presented to the public and Parliament?

These are not political questions. They are questions of criminal accountability.

Justice is not complete until it reaches not only the hands that carried out an unlawful act, but also the minds that conceived it, the voices that ordered it, and those who attempted to conceal it.
