@eBay I have been through your ai and eventually got to a person. I made i payment for 2 pairs of shoes, they were not delivered (royal mails picture is not my home). I have contacted the seller (numerous times) and royal mail. You only want to refund 50% ?

saying it was (delivery picture clearly shows not). There were 2 pairs of shoes I paid for and apparently it is a "courtesy" to me that you will refund 1 pair - why not both?

@GiftwishLtd @AmazonUK @AmazonUK these parcels are being delivered to a block of over 200 apartments, each is an individual home with it's own front door. These dumps (by signs saying don't do it) are equivalent to just dropping on a street corner and things are going missing.

Is it just me or is it outrageous @VirginMedia are charging a cancellation fee because we are moving to an area they dont cover so cant continue with their service? Surely this cannot be correct it is certainly unfair. Maybe @MartinSLewis would comment #outrageous #Disgraceful

@virginmedia As i said outrageous.... you were more than happy to continue taking payments when contracts ran out. I never realised we would be penalised for not checking that YOU cover the area. If you had the coverage we would stay
