Because it's very unlikely that the genes that make you black also make you low IQ, this can be true even if low IQ genetics in black populations is accepted as reality.
It is entirely possible that selection factors could produce a high IQ and black population in a few generations or so.

Just because two traits are often observed together in a population doesn't mean they cannot be separated.

Take metro, compare it to subways in the states.
Visit as many parks as possible!
Go to a McDonald's! Again compare it to one in the US.
Im telling you, living here has made me ashamed at how far we've let America degrade.
