Players that've been on teams longer should take precedence over new players. In regard to picking up equipment all players should help out, not just rookies

@reese_rutko @KIN110UofR 100% Reese, I agree this is where fighting (for me) is okay in hockey, when you're standing up for a teammate who was taken advantage of through the form of a dirty hit. Definitely agree that there is a lot of fan appeal as well #violence
