Our comprehensive efforts to sustainably ensure our country's peace and security have reached a new milestone today. The state of readiness being built within Ethiopia's defense forces is endowing the nation with the capability to preemptively deter aggression.

In accordance with our prior agreement with the Russian government, we have today taken delivery of the first twelve Su-35 4++ Generation fighter jets. Additionally, Ethiopia will receive four S-400 air defense system batteries.

I would like to express my gratitude to my friend, Russian President Vladimir Putin, for his dedication in ensuring we received these warplanes a year ahead of our agreed schedule. By equipping itself with these fighter jets, Ethiopia has taken the lead among Sub-Saharan African nations.

This historic achievement further strengthens our nation's sovereignty, and it will serve as a massive capability boost that allows us to confidently continue our journey toward ensuring our collective security and regional stability in the future.

መንግስቲ ኤርትራ ከም ሃገር ንኤርትራ ካብ ዝሰረታ እዋን ጀሚሩ ምስ ኢትዮጵያ ብሰላም ዝፀንሓሉ ግዜ ናይ ምግንፃል ሪፈረንደም ክሳብ ዝገበረሉ ጥራሕ እዩ ።ድሕሪ ሪፈረንደም ምስ ኢትዮጵያ ን ህዝባን ብዘሕዝን ኩነታት ፣ኢሰብአዊ በዝኾነ መገዲ ንኢትዮጵያውያን ካብ ዓሰብን አስመራን ሃፍትን ንብረቶምን ዘሪፎም አባሪሮምዎም ።ብዙሕ ከፀንሓ ድማ ጉዳይ ባድመ ምኽንያት ብምግባር አብ ልዕሊ ኢትዮጵያ ወረራ ፈፂሙ ።እዚ ወራር ንግዝአትና ምዕምራር ጥራሕ ዘይኮነስ ብዓሰብ አቢሉ ናብ ሃገርና ንምእታዉ አብቲ ወደብ ዝነበረ ብቢልዮን ዶላር ዝግመት ንብረትን ተሽከርከርትን ጠቕሊሉ ንምዝራፍ እዩ ነይሩ ።ኢሳያስ ንባድመ ምኽንያት ገይሩ ዝጀመሮ ኹናት ብ ዓወት ኢትዮጵያ ድማ ተዛዘመ።
ኢሳያስ ንኤርትራ ከም ሃገር ንረብሓ ግብፅ መሰዋእትነት ክትኸፍል ካብ ምግባር ብተወሳኺ መንግስታዊ ዕሱብ ብምኻን ዝተፈላለዩ ንመንግስቲ ኢትዮጵያ ዝወግኡን ሰላም ሃገርና ዝህዉኹ፣ዕሱባት ናይ ሽብር ተዋጋእቲ አሰልጢኑ፣ አደራጅዩን አዕጢቑን ናብ ሃገርና ከዋፍር ጀመረ ።ካብ ሞንጎ እዞም ዕሱባት ደባይ ተዋጋእቲ ሓደ ኦነግ ፣ ግንባር ሓርበኛታት ፣ ዴምህት /ዴሞክራሲያዊ ምንቅስቓስ ህዝቢ ትግራይ /፣አልሸባብ እንጣሂር አወስን ፣ግንቦት ሸዉዓተንዝአመሰሉ ከም አብነት ይጥቀሱ። ይኹን ዳአምበር አብ ዉሽጢ ኢትዮጵያ ለዉጢ ስለዝመፀን ደላይ ሰላም ዝኾነ መንግስቲ ነቲ ናይ መሪሕነት ቦታ ስለዝሐዞን ምስ ኤርትራ ዝነበረ ርክብ አይ ሰላም አይኩናት ንክቕየር ብምግባር ምስ ኤርትራ ሰላም ተፈጢሩ።

ኾይኑ ግና ህወሓት ""ካብ ስልጣን ተአሊና ኢና ወይድማ ንሕና ዘይ አንገስናዮ ሰብ አራት ኪሎ አይአትን ብዝብል ትምክሕቲ ተለዓዒሉ ን"" እዝ ሰሜን"" ብምጥቃዕ ኹናት ጀመረ።ህወሓት ሰለስተ ግዜ ንመንግስቲ ኢትዮጵያ ብሓይሊ ጠመንጃ ንምእላይ ን ናብ መንበረ ስልጣን ንምምፃእን ተዋጊኡ እዩ ።ሰለስቲኡ ግዘ ተሳዒሩ ዉዕሊ ፕሪቶርያ ተፈረመ ።
ምኽንያት ምፍራም ዉዕሊ ፕሪቶሪያ ድማ ንኢሳያስ አቖጥዖ ። አብ ልዕሊ ሃገርና እናካየዶ ዝፀንሓ ሰላም ናይ ምህዋኽ ተግባር ዕሱብነት በዕሊ ጀመሮ ። ፈለማ ብአሽሓት ዝቑፀሩ ፋኖ ዝብል ሽም ዝሓዙ ዑሱባት አባላት ደባይ ተዋጋእቲ አሰልጢኑ፣አዕጢቑ ናብ ክልል አምሓራ አዋፈረ ።ፅምዶ ዳሓር ድማ አካላት ትሕብብር ብዝብል ብ መሪሕነት ህወሓት ዝምራሕ ኦነግ ሸኔ ፣ፋኖን ካልኦት ሹድሽተ ዉድባት ብምትሕብባር ንሃገርና ሰላማ ክሕምሱ አዋፈሮም ። በዚ መሰረት ህወሓት ንራብዓይ ግዜ ኹናት ወሊዑ አብ ቅድሚ ዓለም ስዕረት ተጎልቢቡ ተበተነ ።
ኢሳያስ ህወሓት ክጅምሮ ዝገበሮ ኹናት ከምቲ ዝደለዮ ስለዘይተሳኸዓሉ ሃገር ዝኽሓድ ገበነኛታት መራሕቲ ህወሓት ከምቲ ዝለመዶ ንቕድሚት ብቐፃልነት ሉአላዉነትና ንኽዳፈሩ አብ መሬቱ ጉልባብ ሂብዎም ።ኢሳያስ ነዚ ዝገበረ ንመራሕቲ ህወሓት ጥራሕ ዘይኾነስ አብ ክልል ትግራይ ዝነበሩ ምሩፃት ናይ ሆስፒታል ናዉቲ ሕክምና፣ተሽርከርቲ ን ዝተፈላለዩ ንብረታትን ጉሒሎም ዝወሰዱሉ ህያብ ገፀ በረከት ስለዝተረከቦም እዩ ።እዚ ብመንግስቲ ኤርትራ ዝተፈፀመና ወረራ ብመንግስቲ ኢትዮጵያ ሉአላዊነት ሃገርና ንምኽባር አድላይ ዘበለ ኹሉ ስጉምትታት ምዉሳድ ዘይተርፍ እዩ ።ኾይኑ ግና ኢሳያስ ቅድም ክብል ዝተለሞ ኢትዮጵያ ናይ ምሕማስ ዘመን አብቒዑ እዩ ።ስለዚ ኢሳያስ ""ሉአላዊት"" ሃገር ክትህልዎ እንተደልዩ ነዞም ዑቕባ ዝሃቦም ገበነኛታት መራሕቲ ህወሓትን ዘሪፎም ናብ ኤርትራ ምስ ዝወሰድዎ ንብረት ንመንግስቲ ኢትዮጵያ ከረክብ ይግባእ ።እዚ ተዘይኾይኑ መንግስትና ሉአላዊነት ሃገርና ናይ ምሕላዉ ሕጋዉን ተፈጥሮአዉን መሰል አለዎ ።

ያዳቆነ ሰይጣን ሳያቀስስ አይለቅም

የኤርትራ መንግስት እንደ አገር ኤርትራን ከመሰረተበት ግዜ ጀምሮ ከኢትዮጵያ ጋር ሰላም ሆኖ የቆየው የመገንጠል ሪፈረንደም እስኪያደርግ ጊዜ ብቻ ነበር። ከሪፈረንደሙ በኋላ የኢትዮጵያንና ህዝቦቿን በሚያሳዝን ኢሰብአዊ በሆነ መንገድ ኢትዮጵያውያንን ከአሰብና ከአስመራ ሀብት ንብረታቸዉን ዘርፈዉ አባረሩኣቸዉ። ጥቂት አመታት ቆይቶ ባድመን ምክንያት በማድረግ ኢትዮጵያን ወረረ። ይህ ወረራ ግዛታችንን መያዝ ብቻ ሳይሆን በአሰብ በኩል ወደ አገራችን ለማስገባት ወደብ ላይ የነበረ በቢሊዮን ዶላር የሚገመት ንብረትና ተሽከርካሪዎችን በሙሉ በመዘረፍ ጭምር ነበር። ኢሳያስ ባድመን ሰበብ አድርጎ የጀመረው ጦርነት በኢትዮጵያ አሸናፊነት ተጠናቀቀ። ኢሳያስ ኤርትራን እንደ አገር ለግብፅ ጥቅምና መስዋእትነት እንድትከፍል ከማድረጉም በላይ መንግስታዊ ቅጥረኛ በመሆን የተለያዩ የኢትዮጵያን መንግስት የሚወጉና የአገራችንን ሰላም የሚያዉኩ ቅጥረኛ ሸማቂዎችና አሸባሪዎችን አሰልጥኖ አደራጅቶና አስታጥቆ ወደ አገራችን መላክ ጀመረ። ከእነዚህ ቅጥረኛ ሸማቂዎች ወስጥ ኦነግ፣ አርበኞች ግንባር፣ ድምህት (ድሞክራሲያዊ ምንቅስቃስ ህዝቢ ትግራይ)፣ አልሸባብ እነጣሂር አወስ እና ግንቦት ሰባት የመሳሰሉት ጥቂቶቹ ናቸዉ። ይሁን እንጂ ኢትዮጵያ ዉስጥ ለዉጥ በመምጣቱና ሰላም ፈላጊ መንግስት የመሪነቱን ቦታ በመያዙ ምክንያት ከኤርትራ ጋር ለረጅም አመት ሰላም አይሉት የጦርነት ሁኔታ እንዲቀየር በማድረግ ከኤርትራ ጋር “ሰላም” ተፈጠረ።
ሆኖም ግን ህወሓት “ከስልጣን ተባረርን ወይም እኛ ያላነገስነው ሰዉ አራት ኪሎ አይገባም” በሚል እብሪተኝነት ተነሳስቶ ሰሜን ዕዝን አጥቅቶ ጦርነት ጀመረ። ህወሓት ሶስት ግዜ የኢትዮጵያን መንግስት በጠመንጃ አፈሙዝ በመቀየር ወደ ስልጣኑ ለመመለስ ተዋግቷል። በሶስቱም ጊዜ ተሸንፎ የፕሪቶሪያ ውል ተፈረመ። በዚህ የፕሪቶሪያ ስምምነት ምክንያት ኢሳያስ አኮረፈ አገራችን ላይ ሲፈፅም የነበረዉን ሰላም የማሳጣትና የቅጥረኝነት ተልዕኮ በገሀድ ጀመረ። የመጀመሪያው በሺዎች የሚቆጠር ፉኖ የሚባል ቅጥረኛ ሸማቂ አባላትን አሰልጥኖና አስታጥቆ ወደ አማራ ክልል አስገባ። በመጀመሪያ ፅምዶ በኃላ ትብብር በሚል በህወሓት ፊትአዉራሪነት ኦነግ፣ ሸኔ፣ ፉኖና ሌሎች ስድስት ደርጅቶችን በማስተባበር አገራችንን ሰላም እንዲያሳጡ አሰማራቸዉ። በዚህ መሰረት ህወሓት ለአራተኛ ጊዜ ጦርነት ጀምሮ አለምን ጉድ ባሰኘ መንገድ ሽንፈቱን ተከናንቦ ተበተነ።

ኢሳያስ ህወሓት እንዲጀምር ያደረገዉ ጦርነት እንዳሰበዉ ስላልተሳካለት አገር የከዱ ወንጀለኛ የህወሓት መሪዎችን እንደተለመደዉ ወደፊት በቀጣይነት ሉኣላዊነታችንን ለመዳፈር በምድሩ ላይ መጠጊያ ሰጣቸዉ። ኢሳያስ የህወሓት መሪዎችን ብቻ ሳይሆን የህወሓት መሪዎች የዘረፉትን በትግራይ ክልል አሉ የሚባሉ የሆስፒታል ቁሳቁሶችን፣ ተሽከርካሪዎችን እና የተለያዩ ንብረቶችን በእጅ መንሻነት የመጣለትን ተረክቧል። ይህ በኤርትራ መንግሰ‍ት የተቃጣብንን ወረራ የኢትዮጵያ መንግስት የአገራችንን ሉኣላዊነት ለማስከበር ሁሉንም አስፈላጊ የሆኑ እርምጃዎችን መውሰዱ አይቀርም። በመሆኑም ኢሳያስ ቀደም ሲል ኢትዮጵያን የሚያምስበት አቅምና ዘመን አብቅቷል። ስለዚህ ኢሳያስ ሉኣላዊ አገር እንድትኖረዉ ከፈለገ እነዚህን መጠጊያ የሰጣቸዉን ወንጀለኛ የህወሓት መሪዎችንና ዘርፈዉ ወደ ኤርትራ ከወሰዱት ንብረት ጋር ለኢትዮጵያ መንግስት አሳልፎ መስጠት አለበት። ይህ ካልሆነ መንግስታችን የአገራችንን ሉኣላዊነት የማስከበር ህጋዊ፣ ተፈጥሯዊ መብትም ብቃትም አለው። ዉጤቱም ያደቆነ ሰይጣን ሳያቀስስ አይለቅም የሚለውን ብሂል ያስታውሳል፡፡

የዲንጋይ ዘመን ወታደሮች
የኢሳኢያስ ወታደሮች ከደሮን ለመሰወር ቅጠል ለብሰዉ መኪኖቻቸዉን በቅጠል ሸፍነዉ ጡሩንባ እየነፉ የኢትዮጵያን ድንበር አቋርጠዉ አዲግራትን አልፈዉ ኢዳጋ ሓሙስ ገቡ። ቅጠሉ ከምን ሊያድናቸዉ ነዉ ወታደሮቹና መኪኖቻቸዉ የለበሱት? ሸኣቢያ ከ1961-1991 በፈረንጂ አቆጣጠር የኢትዮጵያን መንግስት ሲዋጉ ከመንግስት አየር ሃይል ጄቶች እራሳቸዉን ለመሰወር ከአከባቢ ሁኔታጋር እራሳቸዉን ያመሳስሉ ነበር። የዚያን ዘመን ጄቶች ኢላማ የመምታት ብቃት የሚወሰነው በፓይለቱ ነበር። ዛሬ ግን ሁሉ ነገር ዲጂታል ሆኗል። ሸኣቢያ በ19ኛዉ የአናሎግ ዘመን ላይ ቆሞ የቀረ በመሆኑ የድሮን ጥቃትን በቅጠል ለመከላከል ሲፍጨረጨር አይተና። ይሁን እንጂ በአርባዎች በሚቆጠሩ ተሽከሪካሪዎች ተጭነዉ ጡሩንባ እየነፉ የአገራችንን ድነበር ጥሰዉ የገቡ ቅጠሉ ሳይከላከላቸዉ የሰራዊታችንን ዘመናዊ ክንድ ቀምሰዋል።
ከላይ ከተጠቀሰዉ በላይ የሚገርመዉ የአለም አቀፍ የዜና ማእከላት የኤርትራ ሰራዊት የኢትዮጵያን ደንበር ጥሶ መግባቱን የኢትዮጵያ መንግስት ለተ,መ,ድ ላቀረበዉ ክስ “እኔ የጣስኩት ድንበር የለም። ይልቁንም ኢትዮጵያ ለባህር በር ስትል ልትወረኝ ነዉ።” ብሎ አረፈ። የዲንጋይ ዘመኑ ኢሳኢያ በሳተላይት በቪዲዮ የተደገፈ ማስረጃ እያለ እነደ ጥንቱ ማንም አላየኝም በማለት ጭልጥ አድርጎ ካደ።
ይደረስ ለሸኣቢያዉያን:- ለዘመናት ኢትዮጵያን አድምታቸሗል። ይሁን እንጂ አገራችንን የምታደሙበት ዘመን እንዲያበቃ ሊያደርግ የሚችል ትዉልድና መሪ ተፈጥሮዋል። በመሆኑም የኢትዮጵያን ምድር ለቃችሁ ካልወጣችሁ ኢዳጋ ሐሙስ ላይ ካያችሁት ክንድ በላይ ታያላችሁ። ቅጠላ ቅጠል አያድንህም።

ወታሃደራት ኢሳያስ ካብ መጥቓዕቲ ድሮን ንዓርሶም ን መካይኖምን ንምኽዋል ቆፅላመፅሊ ተኸዲኖም ጡሩምባ እናነፍሑ ዶብ ኢትዮጵያ ጥሒሶም ንዓድግራት ሓሊፎም ዕዳጋ ሓሙስ አትዮም ። ካብ ምንታይ ከድሕኖም እዩ ሰራዊቶምን መካይኖምን ቖፅላመፅሊ ዝተኸደኑዎ ? ሻዕብያ ካብ 1961 _1991አቆፃፅራ ፈረንጂ ምስ መንግስቲ ኢትዮጵያ እንትዋግእ ካበ መጥቃዕቲ ጄት ሓይሊ አየር ኢትዮጵያ ንዓርሶም ዝኽዉሉ ዝነበረ ንኹነታት እቲ ኸባቢ ብምምስሳል እዩ ነይሩ ። ናይቲ ዘመን ጄት ዒላማ ናይ ምዉዕቓ ብቕዓት ዝዉሰን ድማ በቲ ፖይለት እዩ ። ሎሚ ግን ኹሉ ነገር ዲጂታል ኾይኑ እዩ ።ሻዕቢያ አብ መበል 19 ናይ አናሎግ ክ /ዘመን ዘብቅዓ ብምኻኑ ንመጥቃዕቲ ድሮን ብቆፅላመፅሊ ንምክልኻል ዓገርገር እናበለ ርኢና ኢና ።ይኹን 'ዳምበር ከባቢ አርብዓ ዝቑፀር ተሽከርካሪ ተፃዒኖም ጥሩምባ እናነፍሑ ዶብ ሃገርና ጥሒሶም እንትአትዉ እት ቆፅላመፅሊ ከየድሓኖም ብዘመናዊ ቕልፅም ሰራዊትና ተደቒሶም እዮም ።
አብላዕሊ ከምዝተጠቐሰ አት ዝገርም ዓለም ለኸ ማዕኸናት ዜና ብዛዕባ ሰራዊት ኤርትራ ዶብ ኢትዮጵያ ጥሒሱ ምእታዉ አመልኪቱ መንግስቲ ኢትዮጵያ ን ተ.መ.ድ አብዘቕረቦ ክሲ ""አነ ጥሒሰ ዝአተክዎ ዶብ የለን ""የግዳስ ኢትዮጵያ ን ወደብ ባሕሪ ክትብል ክትወረኒ እያ ብምባል ክሲ አቕረበ ። እዚ አብ ዘበነ እኒ እኒ ዘሎ ኢሳያስ በሳተላይት ቪድዮ ዝተደገፈ መረዳእታ እናሃለወ ከም ቀደም መሲልዎ ማንም አይራአየንን ብምባል ዓይኑ ብጨዉ ሓፂቡ ክሓደ ።

ከ2014 ዓ.ም በፊት በክቡር ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትራችን ተነሳሽነትና ሃሳብ አቅራቢነት የተጠነሰሰው፣ በናይሮቢ የሚገኘው የኢፌዲሪ ኤምባሲ የዲፕሎማቶች መኖሪያ ቤት እና ሁለገብ የቢሮ ህንፃ ግንባታ ፕሮጀክት የጊዜያዊ ርክክብ (Provisional Acceptance) ዛሬ በይፋ በመከናወኑ ታላቅ ደስታ ይሰማኛል።

ላለፉት ሁለት ዓመታት በቻይናው "Nanchang Foreign Engineering Company" ሲካሄድ የቆየው ይህ ታላቅ ፕሮጀክት አጠቃላይ ፊዝካል አፈፃፀሙ 95% ላይ በመድረሱ ውል በተገባው መሰረት ጊዜያዊ ርክክቡ ተፈጽሟል።ቀሪ የፊኒሺንግ ስራዎችን ከአማካሪ ድርጅቱ ጋር በመሆን ሙሉ በሙሉ ለማጠናቀቅ በዝግጅት ላይ እንገኛለን።

I am deeply pleased that the official ceremony for the Provisional Acceptance of the FDRE Embassy's diplomatic residence and multipurpose office complex in Nairobi took place today. This grand project was envisioned and initiated prior to 2022 through the initiative and proposal of our Honorable Prime Minister H.E Abiy Ahmed Ali (PhD).

Executed over the past two years by Nanchang Foreign Engineering Company, the project has successfully reached 95% physical completion, enabling this provisional handover in accordance with our contractual agreement. We are currently preparing to fully complete the remaining finishing tasks alongside the consulting firm.

Today morning (3 September 2026), I paid a farewell courtesy call on the Director-General of UNON, H.E. Zainab Hawa Bangura.

During our discussion, I conveyed Ethiopia’s appreciation for UNON’s vital support in climate resilience and urban development. I also expressed Ethiopia's active participation in advancing global climate and urban agendas in multilateral platforms, including UNEP and UN-Habitat.

In addition, I mentioned Ethiopia’s bold climate action under the Green Legacy Initiative, championed by H.E. Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed, which has seen 52 billion seedlings planted, proving Ethiopia's commitment to tackling climate change at the national level.

I also reaffirmed Ethiopia’s unwavering commitment to multilateral cooperation and extended my best wishes for the success of our joint efforts ahead.
In turn, H.E. Zainab Hawa Bangura commended the strong partnership between UNON and Ethiopia and reaffirmed UNON's dedication to further enhancing this cooperation in the future.

I had the honour and privilege of paying a farewell courtesy call on H.E. Dr. William Samoei Ruto, President of the Republic of Kenya, at the conclusion of my tenure as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia to the Republic of Kenya.

During the occasion, I expressed my profound gratitude to H.E. President William Samoei Ruto, the Government, and the people of the Republic of Kenya for the warm hospitality, friendship, and steadfast support extended to me throughout my tenure.

I also conveyed my deep appreciation for the continued commitment of the Governments of Ethiopia and Kenya to further strengthening the longstanding historical, all-weather, fraternal and strategic relations between our two countries. I expressed my confidence that the enduring bonds of friendship, solidarity and cooperation between Ethiopia and Kenya will continue to flourish and grow from strength to strength.

As I conclude my assignment, I extend my heartfelt appreciation to H.E. President William Samoei Ruto, the Governmental institutions of the Republic of Kenya, including Ministry of Foreign and Diaspora Affairs, Ministry of Defence among others, and the people of Kenya at large for their unwavering friendship, cooperation, and support. I wish the people and Government of Kenya continued peace, prosperity, stability, and progress.

Long live the enduring friendship and strategic partnership between Ethiopia and Kenya!

የአባ ገዳ ሊባን ጃልዴሳን ህልፈተ ህይወት በመስማቴ ጥልቅ ሃዘን ተሰምቶኛል። አባ ገዳ ሊባን ጃልዴሳ ለህዝባቸውና ለሀገራቸው ትልቅ ውለታ የዋሉ ታላቅ መሪ ከመሆናቸውም በላይ የኦሮሞን ህዝብ ባህልና ወግ ለአለም በማስተዋወቅ የማይተካ አስተዋፅዖ አበርክተዋል። በዚህም ስማቸው በታሪክ መዛግብት በደማቁ ተጽፎ ለዘላለም ይኖራል!

ፈጣሪ አምላክ ለቤተሰብ እና ለወዳጅ ዘመዶቻቸው እንደሁም ለመላው የኦሮሞ ህዝብ መጽናናትን ይስጥልን።

ነፍሳቸውን በአጸደ ገነት ያኑርልን።

I am deeply saddened by the passing of Abba Geda Liban Jaldesa, a distinguished leader, visionary, and devoted servant of his people and country.

Abba Geda Liban Jaldesa dedicated his life to serving his people and preserving, advancing, and sharing the rich culture, heritage and traditions of the Oromo people with the wider world. His legacy will endure far beyond his lifetime.

At this time of profound loss, I extend my deepest condolences to his family, relatives and entire Oromo population.

May his soul rest in eternal peace.
