A YouTube channel is kinda like a shop. You start empty, and then video by video you’re adding things to the shop. To begin with, most people walk by the shop because there’s nothing in the shop window so there no reason to go in.

Video by video you add to your inventory so that when someone does stop to look, there’s plenty there for them to be interested in and they come in (view your videos).

Not everyone stays and buys something (becomes a community member/subscribes/regular viewer) but eventually you do get footfall.

You’re building a catalogue of inventory so that when someone checks out your channel they thing ‘Oh sweet, there’s a bunch of stuff here!’.

So you really have to think about the big picture with every upload.

I have the secret lab Magnus pro. It holds my 4 monitors, VESAs, key lights, GOXLR, stream deck etc etc as well as having one PC mounted to the bottom of the desk. It’s horribly expensive but it’s unreal. Very little wobble when it’s extended.
