Butterfly Absinthe is a modern rendition of a classic pre-prohibition absinthe produced in Boston in the early 1900's. Now hand-crafted in Switzerland.

定番の一本。🇺🇸Boston,P.Dempsey & Co.による禁制以前レシピに基づき、歴史家Fernaldが🇨🇭Artemisiaの蒸留家Bugnonと結託しリリース。ヒソップ、レモンバーム、ペパーミント、ベルガモット等も使用し、蝶が翅を広げる様に可憐且つ濃厚で味わい深い。

Sadly the company died following the ban of #absinthe & prohibition. A Boston-based cocktail historian found the company's hand-written recipe book & collectors found an original bottle. With the help of #ClaudeAlainBugnon, the distiller of @LaClandestine, Butterfly is now back!
