Ed Krassenstein is doing his usual thing of lurking around prominent conservatives so he can engagement farm. His latest stunt is a "fact check" on my post about Hawaii's alternate electors in 1960, vs. the Arizona electors in 2020, where he says the two situations are "not even close."

I doubt he cares about the facts, but I'll respond anyway.

Ed seems confused about the exact order that events happened in Hawaii, perhaps because he in fact did no research of his own. Ed claims that Hawaii had Republican electors cast electoral votes, but then retracted that certification to submit a new slate of Democrat electors. He is wrong.

As was already detailed by both Politico and by Harvard's Lawrence Lessig, Hawaii's Democrat electors cast their ballots on the SAME DAY as the Republicans, BEFORE any recount had changed the state's result. Despite not being the state's "real" electors, and despite a Republican win being certified at the time, the Democrat electors made no reference to the ongoing legal fight — they simply claimed to be the state's true electors, using language almost identical to that used in Arizona. Then, eleven days LATER, Hawaii's recount finished, and only on January 4 did a judge rule in favor of throwing out the old Republican electors and replacing them with the Democrat one.

Ed could have easily known this simply by reading the article I mentioned in the post reacting to AG Mayes’s announcement, but for some reason chose not to.

Ed also claims that the Arizona electors "secretly" convened and cast votes in a "fraudulent process." Yet all of the alternate electors quite publicly announced what they had done and why. They literally released a press release.

Ed, once again, could easily have found this out by simply reading what I’ve posted in the last day, but for some reason chose not to review much of anything. He seems to do that a lot.

President Trump is 100% correct. These cases were all brought in New York because the Democrat Party owns the legal system from the prosecutors and judges to the bar. It’s akin to the old Soviet-style of justice, which is not justice but tyranny. Biden even sent a top prosecutor from DOJ to handle the Letisha James and Alvin Bragg cases.

Now there are 4 criminal cases in 4 separate jurisdictions with 91 charged brought by Democrat prosecutors in the lead up to the election. This isn't a coincidence. The timing isn't a coincidence. The cases themselves are preposterous and unprecedented.  The abuses of power by the prosecutors and judges are numerous.

So many lightweights and fakes go on MSNBC & CNN, along with other ratings challenged networks and platforms, purporting to know me as though they were a long lost relative, only to have virtually no knowledge of me, or anything about me. A weak and pathetic RINO named Miles Taylor, who worked with one of the dumber Generals around, John Kelly, speaks as though he has intimate knowledge of everything Trump. Other than seeing him on TV, I have no idea, from the Administration days, who the hell he is. I assume a con man because he gets paid for talking about a subject he knows nothing about, ME. A democrat judge, with a daughter working for democrats, is presiding over a trial in a deeply democrat city, within a democrat state, brought by a democrat prosecutor, with an assistant prosecutor on loan from a democrat president’s DOJ, in a state with a democrat AG who ran on prosecuting Trump, and with a jury pool selected from majority democrats?
Yep, sounds totally legit. 👍
