@SuellaBraverman I’m not sure if you see your tweets, but you have work to do on this country’s international borders and it’s staff. It is not acceptable to tell people to think carefully to travel. Do not burden the public with your office’s incompetence. Fix the problem.
I’d love for @flysaa to get their act together and start doing some busy overseas routes again. The cheapest Direct return economy flights to Cape Town from London for two people are £6300.
That’s R130,000.00 🫠
@flysaa you could make a fortune on these always full flights!
@SilverstoneUK need to start looking at refunds please, 45 minutes without the main straight pit exit screen working? None of us have seen any replays! Come on!
@Savman200 @FullyChargedDan @myGridGB Ships run on HFO, heavy fuel oil, and that yellow glare is from the crazy high sulphur content in HFO. Nothing at all like the diesel coming out the pumps which has a 10ppm sulphur content, which is extremely low. Diesel is not the enemy!
@Savman200 @FullyChargedDan @myGridGB No, it depends on the age. Newer (2015 onwards) Euro 6 diesels produce less harmful gasses and significantly less NOx than equivalent petrols, not to mention less co2 from their better fuel economy. Massive misconception.
@SANParksKNP two hours to get into Phabeni this morning, with wildcard. Slow and incompetent staff, one gate open, at least 200 cars in the queue. Pre booked reservation.
After lock down, I thought you would be trying to make some money? How can we bring tourists here? Shocking
@CMPG Come on guys, it’s been 3/4 hours now. Nobody is injured, the area is safe, the vehicles have been removed, get some lanes open! And I really hope you prioritise getting the people out of the services first, not sure why you pushed us all in here to begin with.
@BorisJohnson there’s more omicron in the UK than South Africa now. Pull yourself towards yourself and stop this red zone apartheid nonsense.

“There was no reason, given what was happening in Britain, to bring in these restrictions...”
Broadcaster Michael Portillo calls the Plan B measures put in place “preposterous” given their inconsistency. #bbcqt
Given that Omicron is clearly everywhere in UK now, the ongoing punishment of South Africa in terms of red list travel restrictions seems pointless & particularly unfair given it was their brilliant scientists who first uncovered this variant for the world.
Sort it @grantshapps
Blocking roads so that a motorist is unable to get through to see their sick mother in hospital is disgraceful.
I don't think these actions are winning anybody over.
