@BWFC_Flakt@BoothyP Glad itโs not just me thinking this. Osei-tutu and Conway would be so much more effective as wingbacks too with cover behind them and you could have Sheehan sit behind Rodrigues/Dempsey or push Sheehan further forward and use Erhahon/Simons
@MarcIles Is it windy Marc? With living local I have been to quite a few Mansfield games this season and the wind has played a role in quite a few of them

@TrottersBlog โฆUp the pitch to make that effective. Iโm not a big fan of it but at least he is trying something different. Not quite sure why he is so resistant to switching to a back 4. Teams know how to play against us now weโve become too predictable
@TrottersBlog The thought process behind it is so that crosses are inswinging towards the goal instead of getting to the byline and cutting the ball back or so they can cut inside and get a shot away (Think Saka at Arsenal). The issue is we canโt get the ball to our wing backs high enoughโฆ
@nicollegibson I think it has to be Evatt IN. If we get rid now then it will take weeks to get a new manager who will need his own time to assess the squad, most other clubs will have already completed their business by then so I think we will fall behind
@bwfc714 @bwfc_elliot At least Brighton U21s would try and play football so would be a decent game. I am surprised an U21 team has never made it further although I bet they are reluctant to play their strongest possible side in case they face a backlash over the โintegrity of the competitionโ
A fantastic 2023 season comes to a close at The Beck.
Itโs provided success both on and off the field, as we celebrate 3 senior titles, progression in the junior ranks, and a thriving ladies section to complete the set!
