@united the canceled flight UA188 to Johannesburg was not due to weather. The pilot stated that we did not leave in time per some agreement with South Africa. Quit screwing us by saying it was weather in order to not provide compensation. #flight #travel

@united Funny you should say that. We have tried all things possible to receive help. No vouchers for accommodations. No information on rebooking. @united has completely abandoned everyone. Guess it doesn’t matter when you still make money. Need some accountability.

@united Flight UA188 from Newark to Johannesburg was not cancelled due to weather. The plane was at Newark at the wrong terminal for several hours. After finally arriving, @united had us board only to cancel flight because @united missed their deadline of 11:30. Absolute BS
