Honored to be recognized as a #SwiftStudentChallenge

I was too lazy to get out of bed to lower my Mac’s volume
So I asked Codex to build a volume slider I could control from my phone.
It spun up a server pretty fast and boom it worked.
Tiny problem, but being able to just build a solution this fast is insane. Its soo coooll!!!
Async cleanup belongs next to the work that needs it. Being able to await inside defer makes that easier to read and harder to forget on an early return.
Swift 6.4 is here!
• Swift Build is now the default in SwiftPM
• Async calls inside defer
• Subprocess 1.0
• WebAssembly bridging up to 40× faster
• Better C++, Java and Android interoperability
• Safer collections with fewer copies
Swift continues to grow beyond Apple platforms.

@russucar That 5.24% is based on unique impressions, not just product page visits. Worth separating those before deciding the screenshots need changing.
@pcshipp If rankings turn out to be the issue, personal progress might fit a speaking app better. People can see improvement even when they're nowhere near the top 10.
The tricky part was mouse movement: the dongle sends relative deltas, but the agent wants to click at (x, y)
I added a calibration step to estimate the curve iPadOS uses to turn those deltas into pointer movement, so the agent can target its clicks
