On the day Ann Widdicombe was murdered, Graham Linehan tweeted - twice - that I was the murderer. Just a few days earlier, internet bully Linehan had been given £25,000 compensation by @metpoliceuk along with a grovelling apology.
There has been no expression of disgust by UK media or politicians.
Sometimes the excuse is: “The police should not be wasting their time investigating words on Twitter.”
