Ironic this week I was in the office & overheard a team lead talk about on-boarding new staff in buy. Older ones were more difficult due to their age & technical capabilities.

Cause the key here is that team member will evolve either automating things cause they can’t stand it anymore or honing DB skills or business requirements gathering because they want to get stuff done 👍
