So I gave it till the weekend. Just tried calling and the girl on the phone said sorry can’t help 🤷🏻‍♂️

@TUIUK just returned from a holiday to Antalya, sent the website a message regarding issues, they’ve just acknowledged/thanked for feedback! I gave photo evidence etc of the issues on an excursion which was a total waste of money! How can I take this further? Thanks.

@TUIUK 5 days have passed, I had a phone call and was told a refund was coming my way. Nothing received. No email etc. tried calling the number back and they apparently couldn’t help? This is getting frustrating now. 😡
