A Texas judge just did what the Constitution already said.

Biden’s “ghost gun” rule is unconstitutional. Building or repairing your own firearm is not a loophole. It’s the oldest gun right in the country.

They dressed it up as public safety. It was ATF rewriting the Second Amendment because Congress wouldn’t.
