“That Tyla show will NOT happen. To the organizers; if you try us, we will come there, disrupt it and face whatever consequences. Ratels have the numbers. If Nigerians want to see an entertainer in short skirts, we already have Ayra Starr.”

The Nigerian authorities must do more to end relentless attacks on some villages of southern Kaduna — and other parts of the north.
On 16 June 2026, gunmen attacked Irigwe community of Angwan Magaji, Kamaru Ward, Kauru LGA Kaduna State, killing 9 persons and injuring 11 persons. A week later, the community buried the dead amidst tears.
Amnesty International has been documenting series of attacks on Angwan Magaji since 2020.
An Army Forward Operating Base (FOB) is located in Kiffin, less than 5km from Naridon. Yet Naridon was under attack by Fulani terrorists for more than three hours before the military deemed it necessary to respond.
By morning, 30 butchered bodies lay scattered across the farming community of Naridon. Many of them were children; innocent children who went to bed hoping to wake up the next day, only to be murdered in the most barbaric manner by terrorists.
What about the allegations that terrorists arrested in the same area last year were taken to Abuja, only to be released and later returned to participate in the June 16, 2026 attack?
As I said on News Central TV a few hours ago, both the state and federal governments lack the political will to stop these attacks. Otherwise, how do you explain the fact that village after village is attacked, innocent people are murdered without provocation, yet no one is held accountable or loses their job?
Southern Kaduna is clearly slipping back into the dark days of mass casualty attacks. This is in addition to the wave of mass kidnappings across the region, with several communities increasingly falling under the control of armed Fulani terrorists.
You may choose to play politics with these atrocities, but trust me, tragedy has a way of coming full circle. On July 1, two of my distant cousins were confirmed killed in captivity in Kutaho. Tomorrow, it could be me, or it could be anyone connected to me, or to you.
One thing I decided in 2012, and will continue to do for as long as I live, is to speak out for these communities whose voices are too faint to be heard.

@DejiAdesogan An agent of the Israeli Mossad who happened to be among the security details of yasser Arafat killed him during the leader's visit to Nigeria.
@AJEnglish I don't believe the US has depleted her air defence stockpiles. This is a psychological warfare! The US has more than enough military stockpiles that can last decades of back to back warfare!
US Congressmen:
We are taking the fïght to Nigeria to stop the prosecuti0n of Nigerians, Since their government is not really serious about stopping it.
The United States strongly condemns the horrific killing of members of Rev. Ezekiel Dachomo’s family in Plateau State, Nigeria. The continued violence targeting Christian communities and other vulnerable populations in Nigeria’s Middle Belt is deeply alarming.
We extend our deepest condolences to the victims’ families and all those affected. As I discussed last week with Nigerian officials, we must do more to prevent violent acts like those yesterday. The perpetrators must be held accountable, and urgent action is needed to strengthen security and protect Christians and other vulnerable communities.
The United States remains committed to working with the Nigerian government and our partners to combat terrorism, counter violent extremism, and ensure that Christians and all Nigerians can live and practice their faith freely without fear of violence or persecution.
