This bus route was a blessing for me and many others like me. I request you to please recontinue this route.
I am told by your customer care that there was an issue of frequency on this route.
But I have observed in last many months that the bus got its full capacity filled.

I had made one UPI payment on 07/10/24 for booking 2 metro tickets.
The same was failed and was booked again. However I am yet to get the refund of failed transaction.

Why can't you make refund process automated? Why do we need to raise complaint for small amounts?

I have raised complaint on Customer care. Have called various numbers given by your concerned teams. I am informed that it has gone back to Andheri from Bandra office. How long should I be patient till it go back to Delhi from its origin point.

Also if there is any minimum limit is there (minimum number of footwears) for pickup?
@chaloapp 114 route has been changed, leaving many passengers (like me) stranded. Passengers from Chembur East, Deonaar and Mankhurd east are affected by your decision. As I have observed there were nearly 50% of bus capacity people boarding from these areas.

Let me know if one has to travel 3 kms for taking public transport, the purpose of public transport is all defeated. Again we will be forced to take cab/auto, which as a result will increse trffic on the route which already has huge trfc.
@chaloapp this is what your app is suggesting. Tell me if out of 8 kms distance, I need to take another transport for 3 kms to reach your suggested bus stop, what will be the benefit left of using chalo bus.
@chaloapp No it is not operational, today again when I am trying to book, it is not showing BKC stops.
Removing BKC stops will miss the whole purpose of this route.
The first stop it is reflecting is of Priyadarshini. The major hurdle on this route is crossing the chunabhatti connector.
