Unduly long pendency in implementation of highest-court-granted #OGAStoCAPF has adverse effect on day to day working of the Forces. DPCs of DIGs & Comdts on hold, resultant vacancies (despite these forces being OGASs) are adversely affecting gen admin of these forces. @PMOIndia

DHC had stayed intake of IGs into CAPFs in order to implement #OGAStoCAPFs, same being untenable under OGAS. (In order to frustrate the purpose), top leadership (entirely on deputations) is not convening DepttPromotionsCommittees of CadreDIGs and there none to complain. @PMOIndia
