Billie L. Dean (April 10, 1931-September 5, 2020), a loyal and dedicated #CARET delegate from @FAMU_1887, was remembered during the opening ceremony of #CARET2021. He served in the organization from 1998 until his death in 2020 and will be missed.

#CARET mourns the passing of former CARET delegate Rich Rominger. He was a California farmer who served as #USDA's deputy secretary in the Clinton administration, died late Sunday at the age of 93. He lived with his wife, Evelyne, in Winters, CA.
