I use Himalayan salt, however, I have trace minerals I use as well with potassium & chloride.
The electrolytes on the market now are worthless. No one provides a 1000 mg of potassium.Anywhere i've looked and a person needs at least four thousand potassium. I normally only take to droppers.

Just about half of a TABLE SPOON with d m s o and I first use castor oil as a carrier with a DMSO, it depends how much of an area you want to cover.
THE KEY IS TO SATURATE THE AREA AND LET IT DRY.

I’ve debated on speaking about this but I’ve decided staying silent is being complicit. It’s going to be long so know that. I’ve taken my daughter to the mall in Tulsa to shop her whole life. Recently, that mall has become unbearable. It’s overrun with people who don’t speak English, don’t adhere to our societal norms (personal space, waiting in line, etc). I can’t stand it so we don’t go anymore.

I’ve had many of my kids birthdays at Incredible Pizza in Tulsa. I decided to take my grandkids there yesterday. Same situation. Overrun with people who don’t speak English, have no manners, don’t know how to be civilized in a civil society. I live in supposedly the reddest state in the country. Why are we being forced to deal with these people who refuse to assimilate & don’t belong here?

Before you type your paragraph to me about being racist, Islamophic, or any of your other stupid buzzwords, know that I don’t care. Don’t waste your time saying it. IDGAF. Last night, my son Jordan came into my room and said, "Mom, let me tell you what happened to me today! I was at Walmart, getting ready to leave, when my car battery died. So, I went back into the store and bought some jumper cables...
There was a man in a white truck parked next to me. I asked if he could give me a jump, and he said what I really needed was a new battery. I told him I couldn’t afford a new battery right now because I had a $400 insurance bill due today. The man asked if I was a single parent because I had the baby with me, and I told him, 'No, her mom is at work.' He told me to pull around to the auto department, so I did. I thought he was going to have them charge my battery. But Walmart auto was really busy, so the man said, 'Follow me to Auto Zone.'
I followed him to the store. The man went inside, talked to someone, then came back to my car and said someone would be out in a few minutes. He shook my hand and drove off. A few minutes later, an employee came out with a brand new battery to put in my car! Jordan had tears in his eyes!
He said, 'Mom, I didn’t even know the man’s name!'
To the kind gentleman driving the white truck in North Augusta yesterday, who helped my son and granddaughter… Thank you!!
